You can purchase our software online using secure order form or place your order by fax or phone through Customer Service. Business customers can also make payments using purchase orders. All types of orders are processed by Cleverbridge payment service.

Our software is available for free download and use during the trial period. When this period expires you must either purchase full version or stop using the software and uninstall it from your system.

WebLog Expert is available in two editions: Professional and Standard. You can view the comparison chart to get information and compare these editions.

One license of WebLog Expert (either edition) allows you to use the program on one computer and analyze log data from unlimited number of sites. If you purchase the program you will be entitled to 12 months of free upgrades to new versions of the purchased edition and special upgrade price after this period.

This is the easiest and fastest way to purchase our software. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Switch/Solo, Bank/Wire Transfer, PayPal, Check or Cash.

If you have any difficulties with ordering our software through our primary payment processor (Cleverbridge), you can also order online through our secondary payment processor (ShareIt). Purchase Order

Business customers can generally place a purchase order through our payment processor. Private customers are not eligible for this type of order.

Please mail or fax your official order on company letterhead to the Customer Service. Please include the following information:

• The product name and the specific product ID (see table above)
• The requested quantity
• The name the product will be licensed to
• Your billing address and your delivery address, if different
• Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order
• The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different
• The requested billing currency

Upgrade

Each purchased license includes 12 months of free upgrades to new versions of the purchased edition. After this period you can purchase the upgrade at a special price. You can also upgrade to the Professional Edition if you already have a license for the Standard Edition.

If you purchase an upgrade you will be entitled to another 12 months of free upgrades.

NOTE: If you purchased WebLog Expert before April 17, 2007, you may upgrade to the latest version of WebLog Expert Professional for free. Just download new version and install it on top of the old one. Your license key will be recognized as license key for the Professional Edition.
