Tracked Files

This category contains reports on tracked files. There is a summary report on top tracked files as well as detailed reports for each file.

Summary:

Requested tracked files.

General Statistics for File:

Statistics on hits, visitors and bandwidth for the tracked file.

Daily Activity for File:

Daily activity for the tracked file.

Referrers of File:

Direct referrers of the tracked file.

Referrers of Visitors Who Accessed File:

Referrers of visitors accessed the tracked file.

Example: A visitor came from ExternalPage to Page1, clicked a link and opened Page2. In this case if Page2 is tracked, Page1 will be shown as referrer and ExternalPage will be shown as referrer of visitor who accessed the file.

Countries of Visitors Who Accessed File:

Countries of visitors accessed the tracked file.

Hosts Accessed File:

List of IP addresses/domain names of hosts that requested the tracked file from the site. You can enable the Lookup DNS Names option in Profile Properties > General to convert IP addresses to domain names if your log files contain unresolved domain names.

Some IP addresses don't have corresponding domain names so there may be IP addresses shown in the table even with the Lookup DNS Names option enabled.

Users Accessed File:

Authenticated users accessed the tracked file.
